Tolerances are stable and controllable, typically achieving ±0.01mm, with core electronic components reaching ±0.005mm. Warpage and shrinkage are also controllable. After multi-piece assembly and insert molding, gaps are uniform, insertion and extraction are smooth, and locking is precise, effectively solving issues such as incorrect installation, jamming, and poor electrical contact. High batch consistency and good vehicle interchangeability are ensured. A typical case is the rubber core of automotive connectors: after metal terminals are encapsulated with rubber, their positioning is stable, terminals remain vertical, and contact resistance fluctuation is minimal, preventing intermittent circuit breaks in vehicle electrical systems.
